HOW TO ORDER

You can either message me on Twitter or send me an email to c.mekona@gmail.com. Once I accept your order, I'll send you an invoice via Paypal. Finishing time may vary depending on how many orders I have in my queue and how busy I am, but it's usually done in 1-4 weeks. If your order is urgent, please let me know it as soon as possible so I can set a deadline.

What your message/email should include:

  • Commission type: number of characters, the name of the commission type. 

  • Character references: send design sheets or any other artwork of the character(s). If you don't have a clear image of them, make sure to write down a description of their look, and add some reference photos for clothes.

  • Character's personality: describe their personality in a few words.

  • Extras: add any other things you'd like me to do e.g adding a background, referencing a pose or expression. You can also tell me if there are any important details I shouldn't miss from the design.

If you have a social media account (either Twitter or Deviantart) please let me know, so I can credit you when I post the finished art.

TERMS OF SERVICES

By ordering from me you accept my Terms of Services.

GENERAL

​​

  • My commissions are usually A5 size 300dpi (or smaller, depending on the commission type). If you'd like a different sized canvas or resolution, please let me know when you order.

  • Please keep in mind I may alter the base colors of the character to fit the lighting and style of the drawing.

  • The number of revisions in each category represents how many times I send you WIP shots and how many times you can ask for any changes to be made to the artwork.

  • A fee will be added if you want something to be changed on the final piece - unless there was a misunderstanding on my end.

  • If an order is urgent and the deadline is less than a week, a fee will be added. This urgency fee varies between $10-20 depending on the commission type.

PAYMENT

​​

  • I'm only accepting Paypal.

  • Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.

REFUND / CANCELLATION

​​

  • You can't get a refund once I started working on the commission.

  • You can cancel the order and receive a full refund before I start working on the commission.​

  • If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

COPYRIGHT AND USAGE

 

​I, Riayuun (the artist):

  • I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

  • I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

  • I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.

  • I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and in my portfolio.

You (the customer/commissioner):

  • You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social media.

  • You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, etc.)

  • You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

  • You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. The license to the commissioned artwork may be purchased at any point - contact me for info.

WHAT YOU'LL GET

​

  • Sketches

  • A full resolution file of the final artwork (except for emotes). JPEG format.

  • Files mentioned in the commission type's description.
